REHABILITATIVE SERVICES

Physical Therapy addresses strength, mobility, balance and walking difficulties via individualized exercises and gait training programs. Physical Therapy Professionals also provide interventions for pain syndromes, wound care and developmental disabilities.

Speech-Language Therapy

Speech-Language Therapy is directed toward helping patients develop or regain effective communication and swallowing skills. The Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment of speech, language, voice, swallowing, hearing and cognitive/memory disorders.

All outpatient rehabilitative services are located on campus in The Summit Medical Office Building, providing convenient access for those requiring more than one therapy. Evaluations and treatments are performed by licensed professionals only and all sessions are one-on-one. Multi-disciplinary programs are offered for a variety of orthopaedic and neurological disorders.

To access services through Rehabilitative Services, your physician must provide a prescription for therapy in the appropriate area. Please call us if you have any questions or would like to see our facilities. The number to call is 386/917-5160.
