Patient Satisfaction
We want you to be very satisfied with the care that you receive. To be sure we are meeting your needs and as part of our commitment to quality improvement, our managers regularly visit patients to learn about opportunities for improvement. In addition, you may receive a call from the Gallup Organization, who conducts patient satisfaction surveys on behalf of Florida Hospital Fish Memorial. Your open and honest comments and suggestions are appreciated and taken seriously, since they help us improve the care we provide.
