Florida Hospital HospiceCare, is a not for profit, faith-based hospice, dedicated to providing compassionate end of life care to individuals and families of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. We are the only hospice in the two counties certified by the Joint Commission.

HospiceCare is on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week to service the needs of our patients and their families, to answer your questions, listen, and help ease your concerns. No question is too small - no call unanswered.
Though our administrative office is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 am to 5 pm, HospiceCare staff is always available at 800-404-1133.
