1- A physician referral is necessary for all radiology procedures.
2- Patients must make an appointment through Central Scheduling in the Outpatient Clinic at 386-917-5428.
3- Patients are asked to arrive at least one half hour prior to the appointment time to allow for the registration process. Bring your insurance card and information.
4- Please bring your doctor’s order or referral as well as any special instructions from your physician.
5- Patients may find loose fitting, two piece clothing with no metal belts and zippers to be more comfortable during tests and screenings.
6- For a pelvis ultrasound, a patient must fill the bladder by drinking plenty of liquids before arrival.
7- Additional preparations for Radiology procedures may be needed. Contact the Radiology Department for more information at (386) 917-5110.
For the convenience of our patients, the Radiology Department has extended hours in the Outpatient Clinic, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.
Most studies require an appointment and may entail special preparations prior to your arrival. You may wish to call the Radiology Department or discuss any special preparations with your physician.
