PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapy addresses pain and deficits in strength, coordination, mobility, balance, joint motion and posture. When these deficits directly impact your ability to function, it may be time to see a Physical Therapist. To schedule an appointment, please obtain a Physical Therapy prescription signed by your doctor to begin your therapy.

Physical Therapy Specialized Programs
Interactive Metronome (IM) is a treatment option, depending on your diagnosis. This brain-based tool directly and positively impacts attention, motor planning and sequencing skills. IM can be used with neurological diagnosis for balance and coordination. This is also offered for private-pay sessions and has been shown to improve standardized test scores and attention/focusing skills of school-age children. Please visit

Women’s Incontinence Therapy can help those who have difficulty with bladder control. Incontinence can easily cause insecurity, embarrassment, depression and a diminished quality of life. Individualized nonsurgical treatment of incontinence is now available for women in a private setting in our outpatient clinic. Pelvic floor rehabilitation has proven to help, if not cure, up to 80% of people with incontinence, sometimes in as little as six to eight visits.
Pilates is also available at our clinic. We offer Pilates Reformer and Chair equipment for your use. Pilates principles and equipment are used with back rehabilitation programs and private Pilates sessions are also available. We also offer Pilates group classes to the community.
Our outpatient gym provides a post-rehab fitness program to therapy graduates. Memberships are available for $25 a month, with an initial two month commitment. Memberships are also available to the community. An additional one-time $45 orientation fee is also required.
