Remember Your Loved One with a Memorial Gift

When you make a gift of $25 or more to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in memory of your loved one, the name of your loved one is recorded in the hospital Chapel’s Book of Remembrance. Your gift allows you to pay tribute to a dear friend or family member in a meaningful way.

Symbol of Remembrance

The herb rosemary has, for centuries, held great meaning as the symbol of remembrance. In ancient times, sprigs of rosemary were laid at the grave of loved ones as a token of loyalty and commemoration.

In Loving Memory

A memorial gift made to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial Foundation is a testimonial to the meaningfulness of a life that has passed on. When a Memorial gift is received by the Foundation:

   
• • A card is sent to the donor to acknowledge the gift.    
• • A letter is sent to the family of the deceased informing them of your kindness.    
• • The card will show the name of the person being memorialized and the name of the donor or donors.    
• • The amount of the gift is confidential.
