Were you touched by an Angel? When you make a donation of $25 or more in honor of the physician, nurse or other caregiver who made a difference in your visit or stay, your Guardian Angel will receive an acknowledgement letter and an angel fish lapel pin to wear proudly throughout the hospital or medical office.

The Guardian Angel Program allows grateful patients and family members the opportunity to support Florida Hospital Fish Memorial by paying tribute to their special caregiver—the individual or group of individuals who made the difference in their visit or stay at our hospital.

Florida Hospital Fish Memorial is committed to being the best place for patients to receive care, and we work hard to make your experience a positive one. This commitment is recognized through the many thank-you cards and letters received from patients describing how their experience at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial was enhanced by the service they received.

Often, grateful patients or their families would like to do more. Our Guardian Angel program was designed to meet this need.

Your Guardian Angel Will Receive:

• • A letter from the Foundation informing them that a donation was made in their honor through the Guardian Angel Program.
• • A Guardian Angel lapel pin to wear proudly throughout the hospital or medical office.
• • Recognition in Florida Hospital Fish Memorial publications, the Foundation’s website and on the Guardian Angel wall.
