WHAT: Chronic pain sufferers will discover proven pain management techniques at a free Sawbones seminar presented by orthopaedic surgeon, Stephane Lavoie, MD, and pain management specialist/anesthesiologist, Evans Amune, MD. Both physicians are affiliated with The Spine Center at FLORIDA HOSPITAL Fish Memorial.
DETAILS: The highly interactive Sawbones seminar features Dr. Lavoie performing high-tech virtual surgery on a lifelike orthopaedic model. Attendees will view the procedure as it happens on a big screen monitor. The doctors will discuss new options for pain management, spine surgery and rehabilitation. Seminar attendees will learn about advanced technologies that are producing safe results and restoring health for people with back and neck pain. A question and answer session will be held after the presentation.
