Members are welcome to click on any of the articles to your left, and then take the corresponding quizzes that follow. You can complete them in any order, over any time period. For every 8 completed quizzes, members will receive a FREE Meal Ticket.  Members can only complete each quiz once.
It's that easy.

After reading the article and you're ready to take the quiz, you will be prompted for a username and password. 

Your username is your HSC member number.

If you are a FLORIDA HOSPITAL Fish Memorial employee, begin your username with fm - as in fm512.

This site grades and tracks your quizzes automatically.  When you've completed 8 quizzes, the Healthy Spirit Club will be alerted to your success and your FREE meal Ticket will be sent to you.
